The Mayor of Accra [Hon. Mohammed Adjei Sowah] has launched the 2017 edition of the Accra Marathon. Speaking at the launch on Thursday, September 07 at the Tang Palace Hotel in Accra, Hon. Mohammed Adjei Sowah noted that aside serving as a lifestyle event, the Accra Marathon is a sports tourism which contributes to the growth of the economy.
